How Hard Is BJJ for Beginners?
Learning BJJ is challenging and a lot of work, but that doesn't meet it's not enjoyable. BJJ is challenging in many aspects.
Physical Demanding. Rolling is exhausting and will tire your out. Cardio is essential for BJJ. So is strength.
Emotionally Demanding. When you start, you are going to get tapped - a lot. It can get very frustrating to lose to your opponents constantly. Your ego will get bruised.
The important thing is to remember that you are progressing. As long as you show up, you will be better than had you not shown up.
